Smashing place, good value for money, would definitely come back.

A fabulous place right on the seafront. Plenty big enough for the three of us and perfectly located as we were there to spend some time in Monte Carlo but didn't want to spend a lot to stay in Monte Carlo. My only regret is that we only had two nights so we didn't get to see much of the local area or spend time on the beach. The apartment itself was great. Well equipped and good size rooms. It was very hot and stuffy when we arrived but cooled down quickly after we opened the windows to clear the air, then used the AC to keep it at a comfortable temperature. We were lucky with the parking out front as it we were there Saturday and Sunday night so we only had to pay for a couple of hours on Monday morning. We didn't try to use the private garage as our car is a passenger van and we weren't sure if it would fit.

APARTMENT RENOVATED FRONT SEA

Everything was perfect. The apartment, recently renovated with private box parking, was decorated with taste and quality. I especially appreciated the innovative technologies to prevent humidity, which I had never seen before, and which made my stay really pleasant, with fresh and clean air (I am very sensitive to humidity and mold, so it was definitely a big plus). The beachfront location is amazing, with a special view at sunrise, and I was lucky enough to witness the full moon reflecting on the sea in the evening. The area is well-served, and the best restaurant in the area is just 50 meters from the house. The hosts were incredibly kind and even gave me some fresh lemons from their garden. I will definitely return!

I had a great break in a nice town spoilt by the poor accommodation.

The location was good but near a very busy and noisy road.

The property was badly maintained, needing maintenance. Mould growing on walls was particularly disturbing, and not very healthy. The car parking was an underground garage about 300 meters away, I had a fairly large car which would not fit into the garage. Street parking is expensive and hard to find.

Amazing stay in this lovely appartment with a direct sea view!

The location is amazing, you'll have a direct view to the seaside and you can access very quickly to the beach! The appartment is well organized and super clean!

The entrance door is super noisy (complicated when your baby is having a nap) and there is no real curtains to darken the bedrooms.

Struttura davvero ottima

Mi è piaciuto praticamente tutto! La posizione della casa è ottima, ci sono due belle camere matrimoniali grandi, un bel bagno con lavatrice ed asciugatrice, ed un salottino con cucina. Molto curato ben rifinito. A due passi da casa un box privato per l auto. Lo consiglierei sicuramente, e ci tornerei immediatamente.

Se proprio devo essere pignolo io avrei avuto bisogno di un letto piu grande, ma perché sono io ad essere un po più alto della norma. Sono 1.95 e sdraiato avanzo fuori coi piedi.. ma mi succede un po ovunque.. inoltre forse un box auto un filo più lungo non guasterebbe.. noi siamo andati con la peugeot 5008 di mia moglie e ci stava a filo con il sedere attaccato al muro, altrimenti la basculante non si chiudeva. ( per fortuna c erano dei pezzi di polistirolo a filo muro per non danneggiare l auto)

Très bel endroit idéalement placé pour faire des ballades à pied le long de la mer .la maison est très confortable et agencée avec goût .nous y avons passé un agréable moment pendant la fête du citron à Menton de plus nous avons pu laisser la voiture dans un garage sécurisé ce qui n es pas négligeable

Tutto perfetto, proprietari sempre disponibili e facilmente raggiungibili. Indicazioni per il ritiro delle chiavi perfette. Indicazioni per l’uso del garage (a pochi metri di distanza dall’appartamento) perfette. Letti comodi; sala cucina comodo e con tutto ciò che può servire.
