Le Dimore di Rosa

The home was large with a lot of space in the living and bedrooms. The main bedroom was comfortable with a lot of closet space, and the AC worked great in there. There are extra towels in the chest at the end of the bed which we didn't realize until our last day. It was nice to be within walking distance to the train station, and we stopped noticing the rumble of the trains passing after a couple days. There was plenty of closet space and hangers, and the kitchen was equpped with enough dishes. I appreciate they left a couple bottles of water in the fridge for us when we arrived.

Checking in/collecting the keys seemed harder than it needed to be. They already asked us for an additional €30 cash when I requested check in after 8 pm, and then that late fee exponentially increased to €80(!) when we informed we couldn't arrive until after 11 pm (due to no fault of our own- a delayed flight). I pushed back on this suprise late fee when we met in person, and they allowed us only pay the €30 but I wonder how much money they make off poor tourists with delayed flights. As someone else mentioned, 2nd bedroom does not have AC, and the shower water pressure is low and changes temps without warning. Overall it was fine to stay for a few days.

The property is spacious. Could easily accommodate 4 people. The location was amazing as well. Very close to the train station.

Only thing that we didn’t like is lack of natural light. It was quite dark inside even during the day. Also the kitchen is sort of in the basement so keep in mind if you’re travelling with older people
