Large shower that looked great but built wrong. Shower ran onto the floor soaking the floor towel. As there was only one it stayed wet for four days. The shower did not drain properly so you conveniently left a squeegee for your customers to spend their vacation trying to push the water toward the drain away from the bathroom floor. Four towels, 1 bath mat, one kitchen washcloth and no kitchen towel or drain board for the dishes provided was confusing. Was I supposed to drain my kitchen dishes on the bath towel? I rewashed the plate with food scraps on it. The freezer was iced over the entire stay and any drinks put in the door so they would not freeze fell out on to the floor every time we opened the fridge. Three family members tried and finally the maintenance guy got to tv going. We had to have maintenance come switch the ac off heat to ac. If you need to call maintenance just to adjust things in your room it’s not much of a vacation. Perhaps written instructions might help. Upon arrival we opened the tiny balcony door and the lock fell off on the floor. We called maintenance who came immediately and brought us a piece of door trim to hold the door locked saying it would be fixed the next day. It was still holding the door closed when we left. The screen door lets in mosquitos as it needs to be rescreened properly to fit. The screen door needs to be cleaned. The balcony did not match the apt in cleanliness. The pool was closed the entire time. We had to walk through repair crews to get down to the beach house restaurant. We chose this place because our family was meeting at the Hilton and it was full. This was the closest location but obviously a bad choice. When we arrived we ran into another couple who had been lost thirty minutes trying to find the place. The gps takes you across the trivoli bridge. Perhaps add instructions to simply take the second left and you can see the two buildings to the left of the hilton.
