Temp dropped to 45 degrees first 3 nights. Took 3 days to get heatpump people. Elevator did not work first 3 days. Had to walk from 4th floor. When called for repairs, desk people acted as if it made them mad. Black mold on shower ledge, water would not drain, called it in and nobody ever came to fix. Windows were so dirty you could hardly see the view of the ocean. Poor lighting in the living room (only one lamp). Rug in Living Room curled up and was a tripping hazard. No soap holders in either shower. No safety bars in showers. Commode handle never worked properly. No nightstand for clock, etc in guest bedroom. Windows fogged over every morning and blocked the view of the ocean. The couch was stained and I won't go there! Certainly, overpriced at $4600 for 3 weeks. Had to call on parking place due to construction and the guest service person was no help at all. Beautiful ocean views. Such a shame for the condition.
