Location, room comfortable and clean.
We had issues with the internet, the tv didn’t work, we tried to reach the manager and she said we didn’t rent the room with them, so she couldn’t send somebody to check what was happening! We tried to talk with someone from Great Ocean who was supposed to be responsible they rented us the condo, and they told us that they will send someone from spectrum in an hour, nobody came! We called them again and said that they sent email to the manager of the condos, and didn’t answer them, and spectrum never sent someone, so we couldn’t see TV for the 6 day of our stay 😱😡. Plus the air conditioner could just be set to 72 and it wasn’t enough we couldn’t sleep so well…
