If you're searching for a bright, beachy condo that accommodates your family and is a short walk away from the ocean, this is the place for you! This two-story 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo provides you and yours a spacious place to gather for family fun and recoup after long days spent in the sand and waves of New Smyrna Beach.
When you walk into this second floor condo, you'll be greeted by light walls, peach tile flooring, and crisp white accents. To the left of the front foyer you can set your grocery bags down in the lovely cream and white kitchen. The cabinetry is charming with its wainscoting paneling and the matching white appliances contrast against it nicely. Breakfast has never been made easier; the kids can easily heat up waffles and more in either the provided toaster or toaster oven and you can quickly get your morning jolt using the coffee machine on the counter.
If cooking doesn't take you out of vacation mode, the kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to whip up your famous dinner recipes-plus the overhanging counter lined with two barstools makes serving a breeze!
Gather your loved ones for eating and memory making around the white dining room table. With four teal chairs circled around, there's plenty of space for your family to enjoy meals together. The dining area flows into the updated living room that provides guests with cozy furnishings and a view of the Atlantic Ocean. Located on the southern end of New Smyrna Beach, this complex resides on the shores of the Atlantic and across from the Indian River Lagoon. Let me start by saying the city of New Smyrna Beach had an 18-hour power outage due to equipment failure during my stay, so that really soured my experience. Overall, the property was clean, and it's a great location. I appreciated the coded door lock - I didn't have to keep track of a key while I was on the beach. We had trouble checking in because of another power outage prior to check-in which knocked out the WiFi router and reset the door code. I called the local management company, and they were very helpful. They reset the code remotely. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. I think they need heavier curtains on the windows for the sea turtles. The beds were awful - not supportive at all. It felt like I was getting into a hammock when I laid down (I was in the guest bedroom, but the master was the same). Also, when I stripped the bed at the end of my stay, I noticed the mattress protector was very dirty, and I noticed a half-smoked cigarette under the bed! The other issue is that it had a teensy-tiny washing machine. There was a note saying it could only handle a half-load, and please don't put towels in there. Fortunately, I had the option of washing towels elsewhere. I think that would be a deal-breaker if you had a family or were traveling a long way, because you need to wash a lot of towels when you're staying at the beach. It's a nice complex, but the unit needs to be cleaned a little more thoroughly.

Overall a nice apartment and very convenient location. However, there was never any mention that this was a two story apt nor two flights of stairs to reach apt as I am recovering from knee surgery and was totally taken by surprise. The apt was clean with the exception of rugs on stairs and bedrooms which were quite dirty with stains throughout. Bathroom rugs were also noticeably soiled. Screen door was broken and unable to close. Management was made aware of these flaws during our stay.
