We really enjoyed my stay at this property. The overall vibe was relaxed and welcoming, making it a great place to unwind. The property itself is well maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and it truly feels like a place where guests are well cared for. What stood out the most was the staff—they were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. Their hospitality made the stay feel personal and memorable. The only small downside is the location, as it’s a bit away from the main shopping areas and restaurants. However, if you’re looking for a peaceful atmosphere with excellent service, this place more than makes up for it. Overall, a wonderful stay, and we would like to return with our kids in the future

The standout feature of this resort is its exceptional staff, who consistently go above and beyond to assist guests in every possible way. In particular, the manager, Harry, was exceptionally helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. Unfortunately, the resort and its amenities are in serious need of an upgrade. The photos online are outdated—the cabana, for instance, no longer exists. The “restaurant” was more of a simple dining room, with just one large table shared by all guests. The pool turned green by our third day and appeared neither safe nor inviting. The safe in our room was unusable, and while tea and coffee facilities were provided, there was no sugar or milk available. On a positive note, plenty of bottled water was supplied throughout our stay. The view from our room, Villa 3, was absolutely stunning. However, despite the website advertising "king-size" rooms, the room we had was definitely not king-size and felt cramped due to an excess of furniture. The lounge/couch at the foot of the bed left only a narrow path to access the bathroom. If it wasn't for the staff, we would have checked out after our first night.
