    1) Accessibility: Difficult to trek about a km from main road to the hotel, particularly senior citizen. 2) Staff: only 3: One who helped me carry my luggage in trek, also doubles as receptionist, serves in kitchen and Sundry jobs. 19 yr old. Second is cook. Doesn't cook well. Pooe cleanliness. Third for cleaning. Poor maintenance 3) Bathroom was good. However, the shower knob was loose, fell down. 4) Internet connectivity was a big issue. Power frequently cut. 5) No senior or owner visible.

    We had a wonderful experience with The Himalayan Deodar. The owner of the property is very helpful and friendly. Location : 5star We experienced unexpectedly beautiful view from the property. The sunrise was the best part. Besides it's a very quiet place with a view of dense Deodar forest. Rooms : 5star The rooms are very well maintained, neat and clean. Food : 5star As a Bengali, I loved the food the prepared for specially for us. They use mostly organic vegetables grown in there locality. Hotel staffs : 5star We received very good service from them. Cons : One and only thing that might be a negative point for some people, is before entering the property. You need to hike 700-800 meters from the road where you can park the car to reach the property. But after that I can assure, you will experience a heavenly vive and the hike will seem to be worth it.
