The Space:
Unit 22 - 1 Bedroom (Two King Beds) | Full Kitchen | Sleeps 4
Looking for the perfect spot to spend your time in Fredericksburg? Come and stay in one of our cozy tiny homes; each one has its own unique style and layout. Tiny but spacious describes the home's interior. Each has a comfortable place to sit and relax and either a full kitchen or kitchenette (microwave & Refrigerator only) for making a delicious snack or meal. Outside you have your own private patio to take in the stunning sunset while sipping on a glass of wine. What are you waiting for? Come stay, drink, and eat at the best-kept secret in the Hill Country, The Resort at Fredericksburg!
Guest Access:
✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

My girlfriends and I stayed over night and it was wonderful from the start! Easy to find and looked so cute and cozy from the outside. Walked in and it was already nice and warm for us. It was freezing outside so it felt amazing walking in! It was a minute drive from resort and wine tasting and restaurant and just a 6 min drive from the rest of downtown Fredericksburg and wineries. It was very clean and updated nicely! Beds were comfy for sure! Only thing was it would’ve been nice to have extra warm blankets to get cozy in but other than that it was great! Would definitely come back and stay with my girls!

I went with some friend for a girls trip to celebrate our birthday, the location was great, just a bout a 5 minute drive to downtown and it was nice and quiet and clean. We had some confusion as the listing mentioned a hot tub but when we arrived found not much of any amenities at all. The owners were very easy to get ahold of though and did update the listing after that was pointed out. Our other issue was that it was raining and VERY muddy in the parking area, it was hard to walk and drive. I wish there was a paved area to park in front of our cabin.
