Walk to beach, near AC, casinos, shows, sports// Eze Peezy, Ocean Breezy!

We went for a “Baby Moon” and my husband and I had a very relaxing time. The .5 mile walk to beach was just a bit far for me in this stage of pregnancy but otherwise location was great! The beach access was right by the off season life guard and very easy access to restaurants, grocery, and coffee shops. Manny was very responsive and the rental was exactly as pictured. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. The street was so quiet and made for a very relaxing and peaceful stay!

Super cute beach house with a great location. We stayed for one week and were very comfortable. Place was clean and orderly. Manny and Chi were easy to reach and responded quickly. Off-Street parking a real plus in the summertime. We gave it an overall 4 star rating and could easily change to 5 stars if the following items were available:Beach TowelsNewer Beach Chairs Wine GlassesGround Coffee for first dayMore wash cloths-only had one

I’m a sucker for home decor, and I loved every bit of this condo! Having a grill on the property was such an appreciated amenity. The washer and dryer are state of the art. The front porch is so cute, but no fans or screens, so it was a bit too hot to sit out for long. The only “issue” is that you can hear everything going on in the upstairs apartment, so we listened to two kids run back and forth and scream non stop from morning til night, but that can be found in any shared building. A quick two block walk gets you right to the beach. Also, having a Walgreens and a delicious pizza place at the end of the block was great! I’d say this is the perfect rental for a couple.

Property as pictured. Great location, 2 blocks from beach and many shops and restaurants. Good
