Single Family Beach House with Covered Front Porch and Newly Updated

Jon is the best and the house is perfect a great place to stay really close to the beach you could throw a baseball and hit the beach the sounds of the waves from the front porch to the little touches jon and his family have made to the home will make you feel welcome and safe it is very safe for kids thanks jon for everything

Jon's place was the perfect vacation home for our family. It's fully stocked with all the necessities, kitchen has new microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, Keurig as well as an array of small appliances (Foreman grill and crock pot) for use. Se easy to prepare meals for kids who are always eating. We just showed up, ordered groceries delivered through Shipt and went right to the beach! The neighborhood is safe and friendly, we were able to just relax on the porch in the evening and let the kids ride their hoverboards and skates while we chatted with the neighbors. What a lovely little bike friendly and walking community! The beach, restaurants, coffee shop and ice cream are just a short 2 to 4 block walk from the house. We had a fantastic time and the week just flew by. Thank you so much Jon for sharing your lovely home with our family. We'll have memories for a lifetime of our wonderful vacation in the Downbeach community!

I had a great stay in Jon’s place. It’s a short walk (or drive) to the beach (on the beach block). There are also great restaurants near by. We had a great time, I look forward to returning soon!
