Sleeps 6-10 comfortably: 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, 2 queen air mattresses.
Located in the heart of Porterville, less than 1 mile from grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. Great for Business professionals, Families, or Travelers.
Sequoia National Park is 30 min away - using hwy 190.

This elegant newly remodeled home features 3 cozy bedrooms, 2 fully remodeled bathrooms, and a large backyard and patio.
Relax in cozy luxury with a solely private home and yard. A total of twelve thousand square feet (.25 acre) of private space all to yourself.
Guest access
You will have sole private access to the full home & yard excluding the garage.
Other things to note
We provide a Pack-n-play.
There is a large den past the laundry room that we have not yet furnished. It is not in any of the photos.

NO SHOES: shoes off inside, please
NO MAILING PACKAGES (RECEIVING OR SENDING)
NO PETS OF ANY KIND
NO EXCESSIVE GUESTS
NO PARTYING OF ANY KIND (INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF PROPERTY). This is a residential working neighborhood that is quiet in the evenings. Must respect other neighbors. Noise level must be minimal after 9pm. There is a noise level city ordinance, we do not want any complaints. Violation of this will result in a termination of your reservation and the security deposit will be retained. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you for your understanding.
Late checkout past 11am: $25
Excessive guests than on the reservation: $50 per guest
Excessive cleaning if the place is left with trash everywhere: $50

A group of 4 of us spent a weekend in Porterville. This was the 2nd time we stayed here. The host was very responsive (ie we’d asked for a drip coffee set-up last time, and this time it was right there with filters and ground coffee!)
I recommend it for the quiet, space, and comfort.

Very clean; 3 comfortable large bedrooms, large living room, dining room and kitchen plus extra “rec” room with sofas. Nice backyard also. All in a quiet suburban neighborhood. We’ll be back!
