Clean , quiet, budget friendly

First let me say the guy in the office is a very nice hard working man he is also a very helpful person, more management should be like him ,and my room was very nice and newly remodeled, it had cable tv ,wifi it had everything that anyone would need to have a fantastic stay with no worries I would recommend this place to everyone thank you for making me feel welcomed and at home.

I didn't have a single complaint, everything was perfect I wish I could have stayed longer.

Breakfast, are you kidding? If they did offer it, which they don't, I wouldn't eat it. This place was cheap and convenient, and nothing else. The operator was friendly, he offered me bottled water for drinking and teeth brushing, apparently you shouldn't drink the water.

This place is rundown and they were painting when I arrived, it does need the paint on the outside along with roofing, but the rooms are decent on the inside. As I rode through the parking lot looking for the office I didn't see any guests in front of the hundreds of parking spaces and multiple buildings, not only did it looked like the place might not be open, it looked like a good place to commit crimes, or film a movie about crimes. The office was locked and the lights were off, and the kid playing video games didn't come to the door. I was actually relieved when I decided that it was closed, you're supposed to be angry when your reservation isn't kept but I was not, I was happy to get out of there. I was almost back on my Harley when the office door opened and I was oddly disappointed to learn that I wasn't going to have to go ride around Porterville in 100 degree heat looking for a motel room.
