Several of our friends and family had a great stay here, kayaking and tubing, swimming and fishing, cooking great meals and playing big rowdy games at night. Dog friendly and very accommodating, and close to Bolton Landing! Not a spot for folks who aren’t too active, as the stairs to the water and dock were a wonderful workout each trip ☺️

This place was great for our group of 8 adults. On the water with beautiful view and close to downtown Bolton Landing shops and restaurants. Joe is super accomodating and helpful and goes over and beyond to ensure his guests are happy. Would definitely recommend staying here!
