Side A is a one-story ranch style home with over 2000 sq. feet and has a large covered front porch that faces the North.
Although the homes are joined together, they are each quite separate, very private, and offer ample parking space.

Wildflower Haven is an excellent and charming location to experience all that Gruene and New Braunfels have to offer. The home sits on just over 1 acre in a quiet country setting outside of New Braunfels city limits with the convenience of a large grocery store and other amenities within 5 miles.

The home consists of 3 King bedrooms a bunk room with full over full bunk beds (Tempurpedic or pillowtop mattresses) and 2 full bathrooms. The large living area contains a queen size Murphy bed with a memory foam mattress tucked away in a rustic style media chest.
Each room has been meticulously decorated in a farmhouse motif and has large TV’s w/ streaming devices. The living area has very comfortable seating including a large sofa and 2 oversized leather club chairs with ottomans.
The dining room holds a long pedestal table with seating for 12 plus 2 bar stools located at the kitchen bar.
One full bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combination with beautiful granite countertops and lovely custom cabinets.
A second full bathroom with a double sink granite vanity and lovely custom cabinets. This bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower only.
We have added large decorative wall mirrors in the bedrooms located near wall outlets to provide extra space for getting ready for a fun night in the town.
The large kitchen is well equipped with nice stainless appliances such as a large French door refrigerator, dishwasher, built in microwave, an electric range with a smooth ceramic cooktop and double oven. There is enough dinnerware and glassware for everyone in your party and is stocked with plenty of cookware, cooking utensils, blender, toaster, coffee maker, etc.
The oversized laundry room is equipped with a front load washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.
The large covered back patio overlooks the back yard, and the fire pit has a gas grill and charcoal barbecue. The ceiling fans and outdoor lighting make this a great gathering place to enjoy the outdoors and view the wildlife.

A 3 NIGHT MINIMUM IS REQUIRED DURING ALL HOLIDAYS.
The location of the home is perfect for a small wedding, a reception, or a special occasion. Both sides must be rented together if hosting a party or gathering of any kind. This prevents any issues between either side regarding noise, traffic, parking, etc.
