There’s room for everyone to spread out and reconnect, perfect for families, groups, and river weekends. Close to tubing, dining, and all the fun that makes New Braunfels legendary.

This laid-back camp house is designed for easy river days and relaxed nights together. The open floor plan comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests with a king bed, bunk beds, and multiple lounge-to-sleep options, perfect for families and friend groups. While there’s no full kitchen, the outdoor grill makes meals simple and social.

Step outside to a spacious porch overlooking the river, ideal for slow mornings with coffee or winding down at sunset. Spend your days paddling the river with the provided canoes, cooling off in the cowboy pool, or relaxing in the hammock. Evenings are best around the fire pit, listening to nature and spotting local wildlife like deer and owls.

Inside, you’ll find fast Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, luxury-grade toiletries, a stocked coffee bar, fridge, and cozy furnishings that make it easy to unplug and reconnect. Free onsite parking included. No pets, no distractions, just a true New Braunfels river escape.

Guest Access
Guests have private access to the camp house and shared access to the surrounding riverfront property. The home sits on a spacious stretch of land along the Guadalupe River, offering peaceful views and plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors.

To ensure a great experience for everyone on the property, we ask guests to be mindful and respectful of other nearby guests. The river dock is available for launching kayaks and tubes daily from 9:00 AM until one hour before sunset.

We’re available throughout your stay and always happy to help. The best way to reach us is through the app, text, or phone, and we respond promptly if anything comes up or you’d like local recommendations. Our goal is simple: a smooth, comfortable, and memorable experience from check-in to check-out.

Other things to note:
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM (CST). The primary renter must be 25 or older and remain onsite for the duration of the stay. To preserve the relaxed, nature-forward atmosphere of the property, parties and events are not permitted, and pets are not allowed.

The Cozy Camp House is one of multiple buildings on the property. Guests have access to designated shared outdoor areas and river features, and we ask that everyone be respectful of other guests staying nearby.

A renter’s agreement and security deposit are required prior to arrival.
