We enjoyed our stay at this well appointed condo for the month of March. Condo is part of a newer development which is quiet and located with easy access to the Legacy bike trail through nearby park. It is a short bike ride to Nokomis beach, downtown Venice and several restaurants.

Unit - and neighborhood - were brand new. Great condition. Main selling point : only 5 minutes from beach and downtown Venice. Property Manager (Dmitry) was very responsive to any questions I might have had, but there basically weren't any. The place was pristine Would definitely return..
