About this house rental

Gorgeous lake view, newer 3 bedroom, 2 bath, plus den home with community pool/gated. Thoughtfully appointed with all of the furnishings required for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation or extended stay on the Gulf Coast. Calusa Park, located in Nokomis, offers single family homes with family friendly amenities - cabana and pool. Calusa Park is an ideal location only minutes to Nokomis beach. Neighboring activities include boating, shopping, restaurants, shelling, fishing, golfing, kayaking, jet skiing and beaches. The Legacy trail is just behind the Calusa Park fence and a short bike ride takes you to Oscar Scherer State Park. Available for seasonal or up to 9 months. Owner has a car in the garage, only one half of the garage will be available for your use. We have beach chairs, pool accessories, two bikes and grill for your convenience. Large lanai with a lake view.

We picked this house due to its proximity to the Legacy Trail and then discovered how excellent a place it is to stay. The kitchen is well equipped and the rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. The outdoor space is outstanding -- we watched a bald eagle take off from the pond one day, wow. The king bed is a bit high off the floor but we did just fine. We would be happy to rent this house again some day.

Great house. Great location. Close to restaurants and beaches. Quiet neighborhood. Communication with property manager is easy and she was very flexible which is really helpful.
