The Condo is nested in a quiet spot on Patong’s hillside and offers popular facilities such as a swimming pool with a sundeck, fitness room, restaurant/bar at the pool area, free parking, 24-hour security and CCTV.
The decent-sized space is fully air-conditioned and features a well-equipped kitchen complete with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, stove, and all necessary utensils for self-catering, along with a convenient dining table and chairs.
Start your mornings by enjoying coffee on your private balcony surrounded by lush Thai greenery, then head down for a refreshing swim in the residents-only pool or a workout in the gym. Guests have access to shared Wi-Fi provided by the condo, though please note the connection isn't reliable or high-speed.
You'll find plenty of local restaurants, cafés, and bars just 5-10 minutes away on foot, while the beach is about a 20-minute walk along lively streets packed with shops, eateries, and massage parlors. We recommend renting a car or scooters. Popular attractions like Patong Boxing Stadium, Bangla Road, Phuket Simon Cabaret, Jungceylon Shopping Mall, and Banzaan Fresh Market are all just a 5-minute ride away.
For stays shorter than 28 nights, electricity usage up to 30 kWh per day is included in the rate, with additional consumption charged at 7 baht per unit. Please turn off the AC and lights when leaving the apartment. While cleaning during your stay isn't included in the price, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Late check-in is available free of charge upon request.
