This nice 40 sq. m flat is located on the 2nd floor (without lift) and includes:
- a nice living space,
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- an open well-equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, coffee machine, mixer, oven, hotplates, fridge, freezer, dishwasher),
- a bathroom with shower,
- washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, ironing equipment,
- TV, Wifi, stereo system, video library.
Please note the following additional charges:
- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€.
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44€.
→ Hotel quality cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure.
→ Our guests will receive all the essentials for comfort and hygiene such as bed linen, towels, soap, shampoo
Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.

Close to the animated neighborhood of Alésia with its numerous shops, theaters, cinemas, and the large Montsouris park, a real haven of peace at the heart of Paris, you will be at the best place to enjoy the Parisian life. The metro and the tram nearby will take you easily to the key places of Paris and its suburbs. You will find the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Hall, Javel area as well as Issy les Moulinaux or Boulogne in a few minutes of tramway.
