● We strongly recommend that you travel in an AWD/4WD vehicle. We are located in the mountains and roads tend to be sloped and can get very icy.
Other Things to Note:
The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation. If not signed within the deadline, your booking may be cancelled with no refund.
● This property can accommodate up to 12 guests per local regulations. Infants under 2 are not included in this count, allowing up to 3 additional infants beyond the maximum guest limit.

Wander Home will cover the $125 community registration fee for you!
STRICTLY ENFORCED: QUIET HOURS 10pm to 7am - We have had complaints from the neighbor in the past and they will not hesitate to call security, who will issue fines. Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these times.
OPTIONAL community amenities wristbands:
● $3 per person per wristband + 4% processing fee
● Please make sure to indicate on the registration form how many wristbands will be purchased, the community doesn't allow last-minute requests for wristbands

The house was nice and clean, and pictures were accurate from listing. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The living room and kitchen area were more cramped than we hoped, but we managed with the 11 of us. We spent most of the time outside, on the deck, in the yard, in the stream, and the lake. The lake is very shallow - at most 4 feet in some areas, but generally 2 feet deep in most parts. We used the kayak and canoe (although the seat was broken), and the pedal boat appeared to still not work. We brought our own SUPs and tubes and had a good time. The games in the garage and board games in the house were fun, too.It was nice being in the Poconos and we saw some deer, a fox, and chipmunks near the house, so we felt somewhat "away from it all", but sitting in the backyard, we could hear the highway, and small planes and helicopters flying over due to nearby airport. Not a deal breaker, but info others might want to know. The property managers were easy to communicate with and responsive. The registration process had many layers. I appreciate wanting info about renters, but the follow-up messages insisting to complete several forms and paperwork within 48 hours gathering info from several families plus getting a background check was bothersome.

This home was clean and updated. The layout was perfect for our extended family. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware We spent most of our time enjoying the large deck, and the hot tub was a nice bonus. We were able to easily put our kayaks in the stream and paddle out to the lake. We enjoyed fishing and caught a variety of fish. We found several hiking areas nearby. The owners were immediately responsive to our questions. The check-in process was easy.
