Welcome to the beautiful Poconos! Thanks for checking out our house, we hope you can pop in for a weekend or more and see for yourself how awesome it is here!

For starters, there is a 315-acre lake right in our back yard - does it get any better than this?! Fish, boat, kayak or simply soak up the views. Sit around the fire pit, stargaze, relax in the hammock with your favorite read, or beat your friends in a game of cornhole. In the winter months, melt your stress away as you dip into the outdoor hot tub surrounded by the freezing mountain air. And we haven’t forgotten about the little ones - there is a playground and a playhouse where they can let their imagination run wild. Once hunger kicks in, fire up the gas grill and have a feast in the outdoor dining area or move into…

The house:
The first floor is a space created for entertaining. There is a fully equipped kitchen where you can whip up your favorite meals. Just bring your favorite ingredients and let the chef in you take charge. The large peninsula is perfect for serving snacks and drinks. Next to the kitchen is a cozy dining area with built in banquette seating which doubles up as board game central as soon as the dishes are put away. There is a full size pool table and a smart TV so you can play a game or watch a game.
As you enter the second floor, you’ll be captivated by the view. The floor-to-ceiling windows let you overlook the lake and outdoor space without leaving the living room. Feel free to sink into the extra large couch, big enough for your whole group, where you can cuddle up with a blanket and watch a movie on YouTubeTV. Turn on the gas fireplace to create an even warmer and more relaxing atmosphere. From the living room, you can enter the newly-built deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee with a view. The second floor also has a laundry room with a washer and dryer, a full bathroom and two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed, the other - a queen and a custom built bunk bed with two twins.
The loft space is a spacious master bedroom with vaulted ceilings, its own bathroom, a queen size bed and two twin beds. Its double barn doors open up to the amazing view of the lake.
The house is updated with a new heating and cooling system to keep you comfortable in the winter and summer months.
We ask you to please be gentle with our house, as we put a lot of work and love into it. Keep your shoes off while inside the house.

The neighborhood:
We are located in a gated Community with 24-hour security patrol. The Community amenities include the lake, beach, playground, basketball and tennis courts, a beach volleyball field and a boat dock. Use of Community amenities requires purchase of wristbands at $3.00/each. The Community amenities do get closed down occasionally for safety and maintenance reasons. We don’t have control over closings and no refunds will be issued if any closings should occur during your visit. Although this is a vacation destination, our neighborhood is also a year-round home to many, so we ask you to respect our neighbors’ property and privacy. Loud parties will be asked to leave. Wild animals roam freely in the Pocono Mountains. You might notice some as they pass the property. Please use common sense when dealing with wildlife. Stay away and do not feed the animals.

Important things to note:
Minimum age to book is 25yo. We require a copy of ID for each adult.
Absolutely no pets and no smoking is allowed in the house.
We provide bedding and linens, one bath towel and one washcloth per guest. If you plan on using the beach, we suggest you bring extra towels.
As a courtesy, we provide a roll of paper towels and a couple rolls of toilet paper to get you started. You should bring your own paper goods and toiletries.
There is a Keurig K-Cup coffee maker in the kitchen with a small variety of coffee K-cups. Please bring your favorites.
There are four cameras located outside of the house that are used for security and weathering all year long. The cameras do NOT face the hot tub. There are NO cameras inside the house.
You will have access to two kayaks, a boat and four life jackets.
