Welcome to the villa "Bellevue", charming house in a dominant position, breathtaking view of the Pic-Saint-Loup and its vineyards, quiet environment in a peaceful village.
Ideally located between the sea and the Cévennes in the middle of the garrigue:
- 25 minutes from Montpellier
- 40 minutes from Nîmes
- 30 minutes from the beaches of La Grande Motte / Grau-du-Roi
- 10 minutes from Sommières
Comfortable villa entirely finished in stone facing, main house completed with an independent T2 fully furnished. Reversible air conditioning in all rooms, electric shutters, double glazing. Large panoramic terrace with electric blinds. Very large garden with double exposure, many trees (Cypresses, Palms, Olive trees), two straw hut parasols in Camargue reed. Swimming pool.
Inside the house (180m²), a very large main room with cathedral roof with living room, dining area and kitchen opening onto the terrace. Two master suites (one on the first floor and one upstairs) with a very large bed 180 x 200, each with their dressing room and their own shower room / bathroom. Upstairs two additional rooms: baby bedroom with 160 X 70 bed; desk with sofa convertible into an extra bed 120 X 190 for children / teenagers.
Ideal for two couples with babies / toddlers: baby cots / children of any size (Chicco Cododo newborn cradle, travel cot), Babybjorn bouncer, double Babycook food processor, high chair, mat, toys, etc.).
High-end equipment: Mitsubishi Electric bi-split air conditioning, kitchen with Siemens and Smeg appliances (oven, microwave, induction hob, American fridge, espresso machine with coffee beans). Dishwasher and washing machine. Plenty of storage. Private tarmac parking lot with 3 spaces.
The house can only accommodate a maximum of 4 adults (2 couples / 2 beautiful bedrooms with double bed). Beyond that, we have a small bed for children (170cm) as well as a cot (umbrella), and an extra sofa bed.
