About this villa rental
Located in the Hérault region, between Montpellier and the Pic St.-Loup Mountain, between the Mediterranean and the Cévennes. Come and rest with your family or among friends in this property that is entirely dedicated to leisure and the pleasure of meeting and sharing good moments. This architect’s villa of 270 m² was entirely expanded and transformed in 2015. It hosts you in a green bower of 3000 m² with unobstructed view, in the absolute calmness and close to the picturesque village of Assas. Its subtle architectural outdoor design with traditional material and modern wood assures the perfect integration with the surrounding nature. Splendid location.
The interior of the house is contemporary, refined, and relaxing. The spacious rooms and the picture windows offer an exceptional brightness. In the 3000-m² field, there is a secure and private swimming pool with salt water in the heart of luxuriant flora. There is a pool house of 65 m² equipped with a bar and games (ping pong table etc.), as well as outdoor areas with garden furniture, deckchairs, and hammocks for moments of relaxation and conviviality. In the house, there are 6 bedrooms, 2 of which are master suites, 3 shower rooms, and a big living room. The master suite on the first floor offers an outstanding view to the nearby forest. The other bedrooms on the ground floor have direct access to the outdoor areas.
The villa is ideally located for leisure activities: you can go walking or play sports directly from the house at a walking distance or by bicycle: ideal for exploring the exceptional natural sites of the territory of Pic St.-Loup. All facilities are 5 minutes away; you stay two steps away from Pic Saint-Loup and 30 minutes away from the sea. The village of Assas is surrounded by typical Mediterranean nature (grapevines, scrubland, and pinewoods). Its charm, life quality, and character are recognised. Its architectural patrimony is rich and full of history: castles, medieval towers, Roman churches, and ‘circulades’ (traditional villages built in concentric circles). You can discover the wine estates of the territory of Pic St.-Loup, which offers you well-known gastronomic experiences.

Fantastic property, great communication and property management was brilliant. The only thing that we would change is there was only air conditioning in one bedroom and in the heatwave it was uncomfortable in the other rooms. The children loved the property and pool it and so did all the adults.

Excellent stay in a spacious well equipped house. Large pool house and beautiful lighted swimming pool. Very beautiful beaches, everything was perfect. We were 3 families.

We had a relaxing 2 weeks in this beautiful house. The pool was a favourite throughout the stay, and the games room was an added bonus both for adults and children.
We made great use of the BBQ and ate outside for every meal, made easy by the ample tables and chairs on the patio area.
Although we were only a group of 10, the house would easily accommodate the 12 people it can sleep. The lounge area is spacious and has a large TV and comfortable seating. All the bedrooms were spacious and the towels and linen provided were very good as was the living area inside, kitchen/living room/dining. Martin was exceptionally helpful both on arrival and throughout the stay. All in all it was a lovely property and we would recommend staying, without hesitation. Thank you.
