About this house rental
3 km from the magnificent town of Uzès, Provençal character house, with a surface area of about 200 m2.

The countryside and the song of the cicadas, near Uzès (its heritage, Haribo museum, stud farm, etc.), while enjoying the advantages of an environment rich in diversity:

The accommodation
For 8 people:
On the first floor, you will find a large kitchen (25 m2) fully equipped with quality appliances and where you can cook with pleasure and with others (dishwasher, microwave, oven and ceramic hob, air fryer, large fridge with freezer part, mixed filter coffee maker and ground coffee percolator, toaster, scale, food processors and accessories... in short, everything you need to cook and enjoy making good dishes).
This kitchen is open to a dining room (30 m2) where you can take refuge in case of great heat around a farmhouse table of 8 covers.
The space is open with a large living room (55m2) where 2 sofas are enthroned from which you can comfortably watch television around a large coffee table. A bay window offers access to a large terrace (50 m2) half covered and half shaded by an arbour. In the shade, you can eat around a convivial table of 8 covers.
Also on the first floor, a double bedroom with a 140 cm bed has its own bathroom with sink, toilet and walk-in shower.
A storeroom equipped with a washing machine.
You will go upstairs by a wide stone staircase (without railings but spacious) which leads to a large corridor with an office space.
The latter serves 3 bedrooms: a bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 cm, a double bedroom with a bed of 140 cm and a third with a bed of 180 cm which opens onto a terrace - solarium from where you can watch the stars in sun loungers. Each double bedroom has a desk and all have a closet equipped with storage and wardrobe.
The house is fully air-conditioned, equipped with internet with wifi and large TV.
Swimming pool with salt water, 7m*4.60m, in the middle of a large wooden terrace where deckchairs and mattresses will be waiting for you to bask in the sun, in the middle of the olive grove.
You can take a nap in the shade of the large oaks in the Hammock area surrounded by olive trees... Or play ping-pong tournaments after a good
barbecue... while the children can jump on the trampoline or swing or play football on the lawn.
Private access, large shaded parking. No neighbors or opposite. Unfenced land.

Bed linen and towels provided for stays of 7 nights min
Possibility of sheets and towels available 20€ per room

A peaceful few days in a cosy, well-equiped house. Peaceful & secluded, but close to a good road to Uzès. Fany was very helpful, and easy to contact. We stayed in February, so can't comment on the pool, but the outdoor space looks well suited for warmer weather.
