Close to SDC. We'll stocked Kitchen but some dishes/utensils were dirty. The apartment was large enough to hist 2 families for dinner which was great. One of the subdivision pools is closed so the only one left was crowded and there was a rowdy crowd. A/C works well. Water pressure /showers were good.

We loved how easy it was to get into our room. The instructions were very clear. The condo was put together well with everything we needed for our 3 nights. The only downside was the tvs kept disconnecting from the Internet and one of the remotes had dead batteries with no spares available. It was a nice quiet area with friendly locals.

Overall the place was nice.
The top electrical outlets in the living room don't work. Couldn't find the remote to work the TV in the bedroom.
Bring your own coffee. They have a coffee maker but don't provide coffee.
If you travel like we do, with the family, I would suggest a crock pot, as there isn't one in the room.
There were many board games under the TV but none of them had all the pieces so we couldn't play them.
We attempted to vacuum the rug before we left but the vacuum cleaner provided is completely clogged up with what appears to be pet hairballs. We tried to clean it but it would have required us to take it apart, so we left it. The broom handle is broken off so the broom is really short and it stabbed my hand when I was using it.
Overall nice place. Just a few areas that I would suggest maintenance or replacing items.

The cost of this unit was great in comparison to other places near Silver Dollar City. It was beautiful being in this condo in the Fall with the changing leaves. The beds were comfortable. The back porch was phenomenal. This was the best part of this property and made it totally worth it being there in the fall with weather to sit and eat out there. With that said, it was not our favorite of the places we have stayed. Had we stayed the whole time, we would have run out of toilet paper and dishwasher detergent. There was a strange smell, though it was not terrible. It was pretty crammed inside the condo with our family of five. In the future I will likely spend a little more money for a different place.
