This was the perfect place for our first blended family vacation! The pool was our favorite place! The condo was very clean and super cozy!! I would highly recommend this to anyone just wanting to get away.

Where do I begin. The experience of choosing this condo was made so easy by researching reviews. Everything positively said is true. The location-perfect, the comfort-perfect, cleanliness-perfect, location to area attractions-perfect, communication-perfect.
Could not have found a more perfect place and comfortable place to stay. Will most definitely recommend this place to anyone and would stay at Notch Estate again.

We loved this little condo. It was just what we needed to get away and enjoy a few days in Branson!! Especially loved the back balcony that provided a private escape to enjoy nature! We will definitely be going back!

This place was so much more than we imagined! First of all I really dropped the ball in reaching out to the property owner to set up a 4 digit code to get into the condo and they responded within the hour to make sure we were able to get in without any problems.. The master has a queen size bed and an AMAZING ceiling fan. The second bedroom has another queen and a twin. This condo felt like home. The decorations on the walls are a great touch and really make it feel homey and personal. The kitchen is fully stocked with any utensils you would need (spice rack included). The balcony makes for a fantastic place to unwind from a busy day and enjoy a great view. The drive to downtown Branson is about 15 minutes, which wasn't a big deal for us. We couldn't get the TV to connect, the couch was pretty uncomfortable and the water pressure in the showers is lacking but I still give 5 stars. My family and I will MOST definitely be returning to this property!
