It was a great little place but we had trouble with the living room tv it never did work. Texted and was told we were not the first ones having trouble with it and someone would come out and help us get it going.
Stair way light was out the first night we returned from a show. Very dangerous, we could not see the steps at all. This was reported also and nothing happened until I told the maintenance man on our way out the last day and he was right on it.
Otherwise the rooms were great and very comfortable.

This is our second stay at this condo. We love the location and how close everything is to it. It was very clean and nicely set up. I have two small children and they had plenty of space to play and felt like they were “at home”.
It was very quiet and we never heard noises per looking at other reviews. I recommend this place and it is very family-friendly.
Bed is comfortable, Hot shower, big bathtub for the kids to soak in and play.
We are already planning another stay within the next year.

This condo was perfect for our spring break getaway. Arrival instructions were very clear and easy to navigate. Location was perfect for everything we wanted to see/do while in Branson. Easy drive to any of the attractions and restaurants. The place was very clean and master bed and pillows were a dream! Our kids loved having a small park to play and the trail to the water was very peaceful.
I was worried about barking dogs or loud neighbors after reading some reviews, but we never heard a thing other than some footsteps once in a while.
We are already planning a visit back this winter!
