Come stay to experience a mix of what's new and exciting in Charleston along with the historic charm/sights that have made this a destination city. Located in Charleston’s hottest neighborhood for new restaurants and local hangouts, this listing comes with modern furnishings and amenities that match the mood of the trendy up and coming neighborhood, with a full kitchen and spacious living room to go along with 3 beautifully decorated and comfortable bedrooms.
The space
This downstairs apartment in a historic duplex has been recently renovated with all new furnishings and amenities. It offers a spacious full kitchen, with a table to seat 6, and a full array of cookware. The living room comes with new flat screen TV and Amazon FireTV (and accompanying apps) to provide a large number of streaming options. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and one with two twin beds, all with closets and luggage rack, and 2 with desks for work or to serve as vanities. The bathroom comes equipped with a shower/tub combination. On-premise parking is offered for one car, and for additional cars, there is free parking allowed on the surrounding streets.

The location was central to all the sites we wanted to visit. It was a short drive to the museums, the visitors center, and the City Market. We felt like we were in the heart of it all, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen was a standout feature. It was fully equipped with everything we needed and then some. What surprised us most was the great spices provided. They added flavor to our few homemade meals. The host has ensured guests have everything they need to enjoy their stay.
One of my highlights was accessing my Netflix account on the provided TV. After a day of touring the city's historic sites, there's nothing like relaxing and watching a movie or two. Another highlight was the comfortable beds. It truly felt like a home away from home. It was a true pleasure to sink into such cozy and well-made beds. We all enjoyed restful nights of sleep, ensuring we were well-rested and ready for another day of adventures in Charleston.
The convenience of parking in the back of the building cannot be overstated. Knowing that we had a designated parking spot gave us peace of mind, and we didn't have to worry about finding street parking, which can be a challenge in Charleston.
Our stay in Charleston was nothing short of fantastic. From the cleanliness and tasteful decor to the comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, and convenient parking, every aspect of our stay was top-notch. We felt right at home, making our trip all the more memorable. We can't wait to return.

The house is adorable and is close to king street but was very dirty. All of the A/C units were covered in mold and the bathroom was dirty. The sink looked like it’s never been wiped down and the bathmats were filthy as well as all the rugs throughout the house. We were also only provided with one trash bag and told no makeup on the white towels yet we’re not provided with any other colored towels. There were absolutely no checkout instructions which was very confusing. I also had an extremely hard time getting the property manager to respond to me. After two messages and three voicemails and reaching out to Vrbo customer service the manager reached out two days before checkin. We also were not given checkin details until the day of arrival which made communicating with the rest of our friends staying there extremely difficult.
