Love the location, very quiet. The TV streaming buffers constantly so its hard to watch anything. It's a dated condo, but nice. Some wear and stains on the carpet, but nothing bad. We have stayed in this unit before and opted to rent again, so we knew what to expect. There was a price increase this time, not sure why. For this reason, I would be inclined to look at other properties next time, but would not rule this place out.

Unit was as advertised and very clean. Our family enjoyed the view and the surrounding area of the property was beautiful with loads of wildlife to watch from the second floor elevation. Loved the elevator. Rare treat. Back soon.

A great time again at the condo in Kingwood. Even though the weather was uncooperative, enjoyed the peacefulness and quiet environment. Great location. Close to downtown Clayton and other nearby attractions.
