Not only is this fully loaded home in a great location to take advantage of all the fun Canyon Lake has to offer (swimming, boating, and fishing are all less than 5 minutes away + wineries, tubing, wedding venues, and several great towns a quick drive away) but you will also have so much fun just staying in the home.....Smart TVs, Board Games & More. If that wasn't enough, there is high-end furniture and FAST WIFI throughout!
We also have parking available to fit your boat or other water toys - Again, book this home if you want to have a great time!!!

We have traveled all over and know the struggles of navigating a new place for the first time and trying to find a VRBO late at night after a long day of travel - that is why we provide a very easy self-check-in that includes pictures and videos so you won't feel like are in the middle of a scavenger hunt......our Digital Guidebook also provide recommendations of the best things to do, see, and eat while in the Hill Country!

Two bedrooms each have a King Sized Bed, one bedroom has Queen Sized Beds, 1 bedroom has 2 Bunk Beds, twin and double (4 beds in this room alone). There is also a couch & Queen Sized Air Mattress w/ an automatic pump so we can very comfortably fit 14 guests.

The living area with an open living concept that flows into the kitchen area + a Huge Flat Screen TV and luxury couch (4 seats recline) so you can enjoy the game/movie in extreme comfort!!!
★★KITCHEN★★
You will have everything you need to make meals for a large group - A modern kitchen with a full-sized oven, stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, and all of the pots/pans, spices, and cooking oil you'll need! The open floor plan will ensure the cook is never missing out on the fun.
★★BATHROOMS★★
2 updated bathrooms means you and your friends will never need to wait on each other. The second floor bathroom has multiple sinks and is shared with the other upstairs bedrooms.

We have a large table & bar seating near the kitchen for big meals + a huge TV nearby so everyone can catch the game!

You will be less than a 5-minute drive from the lake (where you can swim/fish) plus we will recommend the best places to rent boats, kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, and more to make sure you have a great time on the lake!
Again, we have plenty of room for you to park your boat/jet ski at our home & we will guide you to the closest boat ramp less than 5 minutes away.

You'll be a short drive from several great restaurants on the lake + some of the most famous restaurants in Central Texas like Salt Lick BBQ and The Gristmill.

There are dozens of great wineries within 30 minutes of the home - we will share our favorites with you!

There are several amazing golf courses in the area that are well worth playing!

✖ No Parties or Large Gatherings - we want you to have an amazing time at the home, but we also want to make sure we remain good neighbors, so please respect the quiet hours of 10pm - 7am and move the fun inside at night.
✖ For your security, we have Outdoor Security Cameras in the front and back of the home that record video/audio *Your privacy is extremely important to us - We never watch or listen to the footage unless we get a complaint or the property is damaged. There is also a device that monitors noise levels but doesn't record audio (NoiseAware).
✖ This is our family home so please treat it with respect and return it in the same condition you found it.
