A cozy Périgourdine home for a relaxing getaway with family or friends.
Nestled in the heart of a small village, this Périgourdine-style home combines tranquility with easy access to all amenities and recreational activities. Located 10 minutes from Souillac and 20 minutes from Sarlat, you can easily explore both the Lot and Dordogne valleys.
The Dordogne River is less than 1 km from the house, and there’s a fully developed bike path that takes you to Sarlat.
You’ll also find a wide range of activities within 20 minutes:
- Canoeing
- Tree-top adventure course
- Paragliding
- Zoo
- Soulliac Golf Course
- Water park
- Numerous hiking trails
- Various markets
- Castle tours
- Explore local heritage and cuisine in numerous small villages

As for the house, on the first floor—which has retained its original character and will soon be renovated—you’ll find a large open-concept living area comprising the kitchen, dining room, and living room. A large table that seats up to 10 guests will allow you to share pleasant moments over delicious meals.
The sleeping area is located upstairs and features 3 large, fully renovated bedrooms equipped with all the necessary amenities. There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed each, as well as a dormitory with 2 single beds and a double bed.
You’ll also find a bathroom currently undergoing renovation, featuring a shower and toilet.
Bed linens and towels are included.
You can easily park in the small inner courtyard and enjoy a small outdoor space.

Lovely accommodation which felt like a home from home, which is based in a small quiet village.
Probably best suited for guests who have a car, so they can utilise the supermarkets and restaurants in nearby Souillac (8 mins drive)
A great base for exploring local Dordogne attractions such as Rocamadour, grottes de cougnac, la rogue St. Christophe etc
