Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.

Please note that starting Monday, July 21, 2025, the Tahoe Village office, pool, and spa will be temporarily closed for renovations as we begin construction on a brand-new clubhouse. Demolition work will begin immediately, and the new facilities are expected to be completed by December 31st, weather permitting. We appreciate your understanding as the community improves its amenities for an even better guest experience in the future.'

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

the condo is bright, fresh and happy! Decor is lovely and relaxing. Heavenly Stagecoach run only a 8 minute walk away. However, getting the electronic lock to work on the front door is awful. I spent 45 minutes in the morning before heading out to ski trying to lock the front door. There was a key in a lock box located near by, but that was offered as a last resort and time was wasted on the phone. Why not just go with the key in the first place!! It would also be nice if there was a pen and pad of paper in the unit. Trying to write down a 9 number door code is difficult when there is nothing to write with. It would also be nice if there was just one starter pack of coffee offered. The condo is a bit of a distance from the nearest grocery store, so coffee had to wait. Otherwise a really nice place!

My son and I stayed here two nights for a quick Heavenly ski trip. The location is amazing - it is a 5 minute walk from the Stage Coach lift. There is also a convenient shuttle, but we rented skis at the Stagecoach Heavenly sports and they allow you to valet your skis and poles there. The 1BR unit was very clean and decorated nicely. The managing company, Vacasa, conveniently provided all check in info by text and were quickly responsive 24/7 by text for any inquiries. (You can call too, but texting worked great). My son was comfortable on the sofa bed. I would definitely return here again if traveling with one of my teens or my wife and one teen.

About 0.45 miles walking distance to Heavenly's Stagecoach lift, a good warm-up walking before jumping up the lift. Door lock was tricky to open at first. WiFi is T-mobile home service, it was without internet until T-mobile fixed their cellular tower during our stay. Overall, good place to stay for ski at Heavenly ski resort.
