Please note that starting Monday, July 21, 2025, the Tahoe Village office, pool, and spa will be temporarily closed for renovations as we begin construction on a brand-new clubhouse. Demolition work will begin immediately, and the new facilities are expected to be completed by December 31st, weather permitting. We appreciate your understanding as the community improves its amenities for an even better guest experience in the future.'

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Stayed here for about a week during our summer Lake Tahoe vacation. Location is quiet and a quick drive into town for daytime activities. The reviews about the stairs are on point. Taking bags to and from the house was a bit of a workout (the higher elevation of Tahoe doesn’t help). The house itself was in good condition and enough rooms for everyone to have their own space. One room the cable on the TV wasn’t working-quick response from Vacasa to check it out and the Roku stick was gone. Told my kid he didn’t need TV and to enjoy the surroundings. All the essentials a family could need were there and it was a great place to relax after activities. The sofa is a bit worn down so beware when sitting…it will be hard to get back up. Other than that, I’d recommend.

Great stay overall. Quick drive into town for daytime activities in South Lake Tahoe and quiet at night. The reviews about the stairs to the property are no joke. We got a bit of a workout going up (high altitude didn’t help). Property is well maintained. Sofa could use an upgrade, but otherwise everything we could need was there. One of the TVs cable wasn't working-contacted Vacasa and they sent someone out to check. Turns out the Roku stick was missing-we told our kid he could just go without TV and enjoy being on vacation. Parking availability close to the stairs is hit or miss depending on when you arrived-if late at night you have a bit of a hike.
Overall-it was great to have a comfortable place to relax after various activities.

Great location for skiing at Heavenly, only 12 minutes into town. However, the furniture is pretty rough, wifi was very spotty, and we went without heat for a night because the space heater tripped a breaker. For the price, not terrible, as long as you don't mind dealing with the automated Vacasa robot replying to your qualms.
