The house was lovely and the property manager kind and helpful. One issue that was concerning is that the property listing specified "heated pool" in two different places. Before our arrival, I contacted Evolve to make sure the pool would indeed be heated upon our arrival; we were told that that was not part of the booking! (I wondered what else in the property description wouldn't be part of our booking). As it turned out, the property owner agreed to heat the pool for us; it was lovely. But the issue of reading the property description and booking a property based on that description then being told that it doesn't apply is disappointing.
