About this house rental
This unique place has a style all its own. Nestled upon an actual island within the Ozello Keys, Crystal River! Backwater canals to the Gulf of Mexico is the view from this loft style, stilt home. Recently renovated with all the conveniences guests love into the overall design. The property offers plenty of parking for all your toys (RV's require prior Host approval). Easily fits up to 8 vehicles. Dog friendly! FOUR Kayaks/Paddles included with your stay!

The space
"Modern Eclectic with a Nautical tone" - Two story stilt home that offers a full kitchen stuffed with all the essentials, indoor laundry, full size kitchen appliances, and all the creature comforts during your stay!
Upstairs loft bedroom is equipped with a King size bed, 40" TV, plenty of clothing storage, office space: desk/chair with waterfront view, PERSONAL mini-split AC system to control room temperature.
Downstairs Master bedroom is equipped with a King size bed, 55" TV, plenty of clothing storage, full-size bathroom (shared within house guests), PERSONAL mini-split AC system to control room temperature.
Light use, stackable washer and dryer. Larger loads/towels/family washes are to be done in the washer/dryer downstairs.
Window seating/Waterfront casual dining inside with family style seating on the 25' balcony, outside.
Totally renovated bathroom with a step in shower - no tub - that measures 6'x3'.

Live bait shop (super clean) on the island with an ice cream shop/retro camper next door. Great family environment! They sell sunscreen if you need it!

Our stay was about ten days. We were in love the moment we pulled in the driveway. We walked into a very meticulously clean home. The house was adorably decorated, so much attention to detail. Rustic charm while still having a beach feeling without it being over the top. Every amenity you could imagine. We travel often and are used to having to provide almost everything(paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags ect. They were all provided. We did try to replenish some of the items before we left. The back deck was heaven in the morning as we had a pair of otters that loved to play in the water while we were having our morning coffee. This home was so peaceful. So many cute, delicious local restaurants very close. Definitely a 10 out of 10.

Loved this beautiful house. Large comfortable bedroom for us. Great loft bedroom for guests. Large comfy porch overlooking the channel. Kayaks & canoe available for exploring the waterways. Well equipped kitchen. Washer & dryer on main floor, and another located in the "basement" area (house is up on stilts to be safe from flooding. Host Kristen was super nice and helpful. She even went to the PO to send a belated package up to us!

We enjoyed the house and the area. Great location to everything but tucked away in your own private tranquil paradise. The house was so adorable. Beach cottage Island style ❣️All the amenities you’ll ever need… Coming back next year ♥️
