About this apartment rental
Welcome to The Golden Fish - A 3,000 square foot Luxury Oceanfront Condo with panoramic views, four outdoor porches, beachfront deck, firepit, elevator and so much more! The living space offers over 1800 square feet for family and friends to enjoy, featuring a dining room, living room, kitchen, breakfast room, an outdoor dining porch with a propane grill, and a porch facing the ocean for relaxation. Two Master Bedrooms come with king-sized beds and private bathrooms. Additional sleeping arrangements include a deluxe daybed with a trundle in the bedroom/office area, a queen-sized cabinet Murphy bed in the main entry, and two twin-sized Frontgate raised inflatable beds for flexible placement. Convenience is key with a refrigerator/freezer in the entryway (eliminating the need to carry drinks up and down), a full bathroom in the entryway (no bathroom on the beach), an outdoor shower by the deck gate, and a beach deck for high tide times. Each bedroom features a smart TV, and the condo is outfitted with premium linens, a variety of kitchen appliances, and elegant furnishings. Located less than a half mile from the village shops & restaurants, lighthouse, museums and parks, you will not find a better location!

First let me say this is a FIRST CLASS property - beautiful inside and out! Very well decorated and makes you instantly feel at home - Elevator is awesome if you have had joints replaced - beds are super comfortable and the linens and towels are all first class - The Host is excellent and reached out to see how we were doing the 2nd day - nice touch ! Also referred us to the best restaurant on the island - St Simon’s is beautiful and fun the beach is truly amazing! If you go to St Simon’s you need to stay here - great property, great location!!
