Welcome to our exclusive non-smoking holiday home in the picturesque North Sea spa town of Bensersiel, the perfect retreat for anyone who wants to experience the sea, sand, beach and the healthy, stimulating climate of the North Sea. Directly behind the dyke, just 500 metres from the beach, this house in its wonderful secluded location close to the centre offers everything for an unforgettable holiday. With approx. 3000 square metres of land, it also offers enough space for hours of fun in the great outdoors.

Inside, you will find high-quality furnishings that leave nothing to be desired. A modern fitted kitchen with brand-name appliances from Siemens and Miele, a cosy living area with an impressive 150 cm LCD TV and radio as well as a free internet connection with approx. 10 Mbit/s ensure modern comfort. Six bedrooms and three bathrooms, equipped with two showers and a bathtub as well as a guest WC, offer sufficient space and privacy for all guests. Three baby cots, high chairs and a nappy-changing area are available for younger guests.

The spacious outdoor area of the house invites you to linger and relax. Enjoy the evening hours on the covered terrace with awnings, equipped with teak garden furniture for up to 12 people. A barbecue is also available for cosy evenings. The garden offers plenty of space for fun and games and is right next to the dyke, so the beach is just a few minutes' walk away.

As the location of this holiday home, Bensersiel not only offers direct access to the beach and sea, but also a variety of local amenities. A kiosk, bakery, supermarket and various restaurants can be found nearby. The surrounding area is also ideal for health and fitness programmes such as yoga, chi gong and gymnastics, not to mention possible excursions to the island of Langeoog, which is within easy reach of Bensersiel.
