Welcome to our non-smoking vacation home, Timos Landhuus, in the Bensersiel spa resort on the North Sea.
The sea, sand, beach, and waves; the ebb and flow of the tide; salty, iodine-rich air; a healthy, invigorating, and healing climate; and plenty of space await you here at our home.
From Bensersiel, you can also take a trip to the island of Langeoog.
A newsstand, bakery, supermarket, and several restaurants are nearby.
It’s just a few minutes’ walk from the beach.

This vacation home is in a wonderful, secluded location
yet close to the center of Bensersersiel.
Right behind the dike, about 500 meters from the beach.
With approximately 3,000 square meters of space, the property is ideal for unwinding.
It is situated in a quiet, nature-loving setting, right next to the North Sea beach.
Equipped with gas central heating, a kitchen with a microwave, and a living room featuring a total of six LCD TVs and a stereo system.
The house has six bedrooms and three bathrooms—two with showers and a bathtub, and one guest restroom.
There are additional LCD TVs in the bedrooms.
For our youngest guests, there are three cribs, a high chair, a summer changing table, a Stokke changing table, and a wall-mounted changing rack.
A garden with a terrace and grill, as well as teak patio furniture for 12 people, is available so you can also enjoy the afternoon hours on our terrace, which is covered with awnings.
We want you to sleep well! That’s why the rooms were equipped with new mattresses and comforters in 2017.

Wir haben in dem Haus einen 4 Generationen Urlaub verbracht. Wir waren insgesamt 8 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (4 Jahre, 9 Monate). Das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz, sowohl innen als auch im Außenbereich. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht. Es liegt schön ruhig und dennoch ist man schnell am Wattenmeer, auf den Campingplatz mit seinen tollen Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kids und auch am Hafen von Bensersiel. Wir können es jeden weiter empfehlen, da wir rund herum zufrieden waren. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus mit einer super Ausstattung.
Wir waren mit 11 Erwachsenen und einem Baby dort und haben ein sehr schönes verlängertes Wochenende dort verbracht.
Immer gerne wieder.

Wir waren mit 9 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Die vorangegangen Informationen etwa wie gelangen wir an den Schlüssel etc. haben vorab super geklappt und waren exakt genau.
Das Ferienhaus hat eine tolle Lage direkt gegenüber kann man zum Deich spazieren und etwa 10 Min gemütlich zu Fuß war man schon beim Hafen. Vom Hafen konnte man eine Fähre nach Langeoog nehmen, ein riesen großer Spielplatz befand sich dort ebenfalls und ein Restaurant.
Das Ferienhaus war super ausgestattet von einer voll eingerichteten Küche, zu 3 Babybetten über 2 Kinder- Treppenschutzgitter zu einem Großen Wohnzimmer und genügend Geschirr. Alles in allem werden wir uns dieses Ferienhaus aufjedenfall merken und kommen gerne wieder.
PS: Vielen lieben Dank an Familie Demming auch für den tollen Service zur Begrüßung. ( Schokobonbons und eine Flasche Wein)
