AMAZING Stay - Perfect for Families!Our family had the most incredible stay at this home! We had 7 adults, a two-year-old, and a two-month-old, and the house offered plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The location was perfect — close to Grand Canyon University and convenient for all our needs.The layout was ideal for our family — our son, daughter-in-law, and their little ones were able to have their own private space in the back bedroom and bathroom, which made it so easy for them to settle in comfortably. We absolutely loved the multiple doors from the bedrooms leading out to the backyard — it made the home feel open and welcoming.The backyard itself was beautiful — the pool and patio were a dream and were used daily! Our toddler had the best time with the swing set and playhouse, which kept him entertained for hours. The gameroom was another big hit, giving the boys a great place to hang out and bond.The kitchen was large and fully stocked, with tons of refrigerator space, which made it easy to cook meals and eat together as a family.Every detail of this home was thoughtful, clean, and family-friendly. We truly could not have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a spacious, beautiful, and comfortable place to stay!

Great backyard, worked perfect for a group of friends. Inside of the house is dated, but has a bunch of living space, definitely not the worst. Only negative we thought was that the inside could have been cleaned better upon arrival. Had lots of fun.

Loved the house with all of the amenities! The pool was great, the hot tub was great and the play area for the kids was great. I know some people complained about having hot water, but we had no issues. Everything was well stocked and clean. The house is showing some age, but the neighborhood was fantastic, and we THOROUGHLY enjoyed our stay! I will book this house again when in Pheonix.

The house could use some updating but it was a beautiful house to enjoy and very spacious. We had a problem with the heating of the pool and WiFi but was eventually fixed and taken care of. The pool is big and very clean. the backyard is beautiful and very well kept also. The hot tub was awesome. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and plenty of dishes etc. it was really nice to have beach towels there to use. The washer and dryer worked well.
