➡ Party Policy : No party organization allowed. Significant fees will be applied in case of non-compliance with this rule. In the event of neighborhood complaints or police involvement, tenants will be asked to vacate the premises immediately, with no possibility of refund. The security deposit will be retained. Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. Thank you.
➡ Identity Verification : A valid ID matching the reservation name will be requested and copied on our phone to prevent fraud.
➡ Children and Infants : Limited to 1 infant (under two years old) free of charge. If you have multiple infants, they will need to be added as "children."
Check-In and Supplements :
Check-ins are generally between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and check-outs are before 11:00 AM.
Late arrival supplements :
Between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM : €30 supplement.
After 10:00 PM : €50 supplement.
No entry is possible after 11:00 PM.
Departure Day: Final cleaning is included; we simply ask that you leave the accommodation in an appropriate condition, ensuring dishes are washed, and all your waste is disposed of. Thank you.

Our week in Paris was wonderful. Our apartment was very comfortable for 4 adults and 3 children. The location was perfect with metro stations near by, an outside food market a few blocks away, grocery stores on our street and cheese and pastries shops all around us.When we arrived at apartment Mickael was there to meet us. He was helpful in explaining the necessary information about our stay. He was very knowledgeable about Paris and was easy to listen to. We also had open text communications with Yohann Gendry which worked out well.We do recommend this apartment because of its location, cleanliness and roof top terrace for a family of 7. Also it was very private we were on the top floor of building and the only apartment located there.

Great location with easy access to restaurants and groceries. Luxurious accommodation. Clean comfortable rooms with laundry facilities. Would definitely stay again. Host easy to communicate with and check in easy.

Wonderful property. Excellent communication with host. Accommodations were accurate to description and pictures. We were four friends, plenty of space to spread out. The terrace was a wonderful way to start and end our day. You can see the Arc de Triomphe and top of Eiffel Tower. 5 min walk to Arc. Cafe’s, bakery, grocery stores, pharmacy, antique shop all on the same block. Property located on 7th floor and you are the only unit on floor. Never heard neighbors or anyone else. Laundry, air conditioning and lift were all amazing to have. Neighborhood was super quiet! And then you can walk 5-10min and be in the heart of eating, shopping, sightseeing. Would recommend this property and would love to go back again!!! Thank you!

Johann and Mickael made our arrival smooth and easy. So wonderful to enjoy a living room, kitchen, terrace with our daughter and son-in law. Loved the easy location. Nice benefit of wash/dryer. Tiny elevator but no big deal.
Truly hope to return often.
