IMPORTANT: The apartment is located on the penthouse level (3rd floor) of a historic Victorian home. There is no elevator. Access is by stairs only.

Stays longer than 28 days require one monthly cleaning service ($100, paid by guest)

Very comfortable even in the dead of winter. Great view on the east side of sunrises when it wasn’t cloudy.

Bright, comfortable, clean and well-appointed apartment with a great view of the city. Metro, bus lines and markets were an easy walk. Outdoor temperatures were below freezing, but inside was cozy with ample hot water and thermostat options. Excellent communication with the host. The optional parking space was a bonus. Would stay again!
