IMPORTANT: The apartment is located on the penthouse level (3rd floor) of a historic Victorian home. There is no elevator. Access is by stairs only.

Stays longer than 28 days require one monthly cleaning service ($100, paid by guest)

We had the most incredible stay here with our dog. If you are traveling with a pet, you cannot pick a better location. It is literally 5 minutes away from one of the best dog parks in all of Montreal. The blocks nearby are filled with trees and nice grass patches, both quiet but also gorgeous with incredible architecture. It is truly a beauty just to walk around the neighborhood and it's also pretty low key compared to other parts of town, so very ideal for a dog to enjoy.The actual place itself was incredible. Don't let the third-floor location intimidate you. It's a very wide stairwell and a very nice building, and it felt very easy to walk up the two flights of stairs to get to the place. The parking was super easy, both out front for free and for the 10 reserved space in the alley behind the place, so it was very easy to come and go with our car.The apartment was incredible:- Huge windows- Beautiful views of the city- A relaxing living room- A good Roku TV- The Nespresso coffee maker was divineWe were able to order such good food delivery and also walk and drive to so many wonderful places. The air conditioning did great even on a hot 90-degree summer day and the big bathtub was so fancy and a fun addition.The host did an incredible job before, during, and after of communicating and making us feel welcome. The neighborhood in the building felt extremely safe. We could not have been happier with our visit and are going to be so happy to make this a tradition
