Bright and Spacious two-level luxury loft located in the heart of one of Montreal's most desirable neighborhoods, with stunning views facing Square-Victoria Park. Walking distance from Palais des Congres, CHUM, Old Port, Chinatown, and St-Catherine's Street with shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, and metro stations nearby. Immediately surrounded by numerous cafés, restaurants, and bars. Upscale building, stylish modern interiors, private Patio/balcony, and secured underground parking for one car.
The space
The loft has lots of natural light, mornings and afternoons on sunny days, and is fully equipped for longer stays.
It has an open plan kitchen space with a dishwasher, microwave, electric stove and oven, coffee station with Nespresso coffee maker, and everything you might need for cooking.
The living room includes a queen-sized sofa-bed with a memory foam mattress, an electric fireplace for those cold winters as well as a 65" Roku TV with Netflix, Apple TV, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, Youtube, and more.
The loft has a large kitchen island that can seat three people as well as an extra breakfast/ dining table for two. There is also a Kawaii electric piano at the entrance.
Upstairs has a king-size bed with a memory foam mattress, two dedicated desk areas, lots of closet space, and a washer and dryer machine in the unit.
The main upstairs bathroom has a shower and bathtub.
There is also a private patio with a small couch and dining table for two.
The loft is approximately 1100sf.
You will also have access to the gym on the second floor and the communal courtyard.
The neighborhood is safe and quiet to walk around and there is an organic supermarket across the street.
