About this house rental
Apartment located on the first and last floor in the closed and secure "Eureka Residence", located in the Pinède district, 2 km from the center, 1 km from the sea. Reserved parking. In summer (June 15 to September 15) weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday. For shared use: communal swimming pool (6 x 9 m, depth 150 cm to 190 cm (open guard, caretaker) - golf course (27 holes) 2.5 km, tennis court 1 km. Quiet area, near holiday villages. Beaches 800 meters away.
From JUNE 15 to SEPTEMBER 15 OF EACH YEAR, we rent our apartment by the week from SATURDAY to SATURDAY. Outside this period, we rent it for no less than 3 NIGHTS per requested period.
All the districts of CAP D'AGDE are served every 3H00 by buses coming from the AGDE train station and the city throughout the summer period. NATIONAL TENNIS and PADEL in OCTOBER 2025 - BOAT SHOW end of October 2025 - CAPECHECS in October 2025. (See below)

National Tennis Cup 2026, heading for the 37th edition
The final phase will take place from October 19, 2026 at the Cap d'Agde International Tennis Center during the All Saints' Day holidays. At the same time, the National Padel Cup will also be played, an event awaited by all padel fans. (8OO Meters from the apartment).

- : A balcony with table and chairs – (Set covered by a 4 Meters/3 Meters deep electric BLIND) - Electric shutter - three-leaf bay window (double glazing)
