Easy and accommodating, we arrived late and they still met us to give the keys and show the unit. Nice location - quiet, but easy to get to the busy areas. Cozy apartment with everything you need.
There is a lofted bed, which was fine, the bed was quite comfortable even though it's a bit tight on ceiling space, but not a problem at all. I would recommend some nicer pillows for next time, but that's it! :)
