Welcome to our house, overlooking the Aegean Sea and the natural landscape of Tinos. Built in the style of traditional Cycladic architecture, in stone with traditional wooden ceilings, large (180m², 5 bedrooms and 3,5 bathrooms ), it is located at the entrance of a quiet village and only 8 km from Chora and the nearest beach. With its many terraces, SEA and mountain views and its garden, our house is an ideal place to relax with family and friends and explore the island.

Our house is spread over three levels, all with access to the outside. On the ground floor you will find the kitchen, the dining area with a covered terrace, the living room with a fireplace and a large terrace in front with a great view to the sea.
On the first floor there is a master bedroom with balcony and terrace, a smaller bedroom, a large bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate toilet.
On the ground floor you will find three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a further sitting area with bed and access to the garden. Outside, you can enjoy the garden and the small patios.

You have access to two private parking spaces on the property.

Karya is a quiet village, a few minutes from Chora yet well away from the noise. Its central position is ideal for exploring the whole island: depending on the day's wind, you can easily reach a sheltered beach, north or south. Many hiking trails start in the immediate surroundings.
