The interior is tipical cicladic and stylish. Everything is new and well maintained. It is comfortable, well equipped, altough the upper 2 appartments (1 and 2) are much more spacious and better structured. The staff and the owner are verry responsive and kind, we easily agreed on everything. The owner even left us stay longer due to our ferry changes.

The location is a bit tricky- it seems like you are close to town, but it is impossible to have a walk because it is a road without sidewalk, so you must use car everytime. Also, we stayed there in August, during the windy season, but it seemed that the wind on this specific location was stronger than in other parts of town, which can be bothering for someone. Also, the appartments are in an alley that ends with a cemetry, and there is no beach downwards, although you are at the beachfront (you have views to the sea). It seems to me that it is overpriced because of the new and stylish indoors.

Lovely patio and great space! Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful rooms, everything was clean and new

If you have a car, the location is fine. It advertises as being next to a beach but you should know it's wild terrain, there's no beach chairs or anything like that. As someone who didn't have a car, the location was terrible, much too far from anything I needed to do. Too far to walk to the main Pier unless it's daylight, the location is also in the middle of a neighborhood with few other businesses except for a gas station. And there's a cemetery next door.
