About this house rental
Quaint, cozy 2-bedroom open floor plan apartment in lower level of duplex in quite residential neighborhood. Central location that's only ~10 minutes from downtown Denver, ~25 minutes from Boulder, ~30 minutes from the airport, and ~30 minutes from front range trails.
~The Space~
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, 1 twin bed (with workstation, dresser and closet)
Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed (with workstation, dresser and closet)
Bathroom: Shower, sink, toilet (toiletries provided)
Laundry room: Washer and dryer in the unit- detergent provided
Kitchen: Stove, oven, microwave and sink. We provide complimentary coffee and snacks and all the basic cooking supplies to cook at home.
Living & dining room: small couch, chair, smart TV, enough room for 2 people comfortably to watch TV, 4-person dining set with 3 bar stools at counter.

-10 minutes to Broncos Stadium
-15 minutes to Coord Field
-20-25 minutes to Boulder, Golden, and hiking trails.
-25 minutes to Red Rock
-30 minutes to Denver Airport

Very clean, organized, thoughtful.We were very impressed with items that were left for us to use. Everything was decorated so nice, it was a very comfortable space to be in. We would love to stay there again.

You won't regret booking this place. Dan was a great host! We had minor issues with temp, but he was on them right away.
Location: 4/5 quiet neighborhood, lots nearby, bit of a higher traffic area to get to mountains
Price: 5/5 Worth it
Quietness: 4/5 Walls between units are a bit thin
Space: 4/5 bedrooms, kitchen are good, living room and couch are smaller than they look
Host: 5/5 Dan is easily accessible and wants to make stay perfect!
Parking: 5/5 lots of space
