We have been going to LBI for 35 years. As our needs changed and the kids grew, married etc., our needs for specifics in houses changed as well. This property was the perfect fit for us. It had everything we required as far as bedrooms/beds, bathrooms, living space and proximity to beach. The house is very well kept. It was clean, well stocked and spacious.There was also ample parking. The owners/managers were easy to communicate with and very friendly. Looking forward to returning to this lovely home in the future.

We had a wonderful stay! This home is immaculate and very up to date with all the modern conveniences (even an elevator). Coming up to the third floor and looking out the front windows to the ocean will not disappoint! It was a wonderful way to start each morning! We had children in tow and were there over the 4th of July! We went up to the roof and saw fireworks EVERYWHERE (even right in front of the house on the beach). The kids had a blast!!! Bob, the owner of the home, was very easy to work with and was very prompt to answer any questions or concerns that we had. We are planning on coming back next year! Would highly recommend this property!!!
