Just south of the town centre, The Annexe is perfectly positioned for anyone visiting or working in Leamington Spa. On a quiet residential street, the property boasts an inviting lounge, a large kitchen-diner, two en-suite bedrooms, a covered patio and off-street parking for 2 cars.
One bedroom has a double bed with a handy dressing table and ample storage space; while the other has two singles that can be zipped together to make a King sized bed…just ask in advance for your preferred set up.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

The property was well furnished and had some good facilities but it was not cleaned properly.But Very warm and clean bedding.
We found waste food in cupboards fresh pasta gone off ants in the kitchen which appreciate can’t do a lot about but no powder or anything to clean them with.
The Tv was big and could not be moved by us We had the 2 nights spoilt by not having tv or music. There was a fire stick - no instructions and the skybox was no longer in use but left there causing confusion.
We called managing agents about the issue Sunday afternoon, someone came Monday afternoon at 4. Communication was poor.
The chap who came went through the channels but didn’t actually switch them on and the tv continued to not work.
All in all very frustrating and we paid a very decent fee nearly £400 for the 2 nights.
Because of the cleaning issue and lack of TV we believe there should be a refund to reflect the disappointment we had looked forward to this break for a while as I am recovering from illness.
The propery garden was scruffy near the key safe all it would have taken was a sweep round.
We would have enjoyed our stay but in the end a massive disappointment and I’m sorry we can’t say anymore positive things
Heavy we could not move it to try and put it on.
No instructions on how to use it left and WI if code not correct in manual it missed a digit off causing us to have to ring the managing agent.
Windowsills and skylight dirty plus cobwebs all over ceiling in one bedroom
